I signed up with Opus Energy in November for electric fro 2 years and gas 1 year on A FIXED TARRIF ...........what a joke. Had a letter to say my electricity is goin up by 4% due to "Changes to Network Charges and Renewable Obligation" How can you have a fixed tariff only to have them increased in less than 6 months ? I am livid to put it mildly !!! How can they get away with this ?
