NP over estimated my monthly billls and I have now accumulated approx £400.

The has contactedthem twice and still not received it.

This is MY money N Power not yours. Send it back!

I am on the same boat, i sent 5 emails 1 call to npower no money refunded after 2 months, what a terrible company
