The agents I spoke to were really helpful and patient. It was so much quicker to go directly to them rather than search online and not come across some of the suppliers and deals that were offered by the Make It Cheaper team.
I also like the access to an online account where you can monitor the progress of the switchover to the new supplier/s.
It was also useful to have the ability to contact the team online and request a callback instead of having to call and potentially hanging on the phone waiting to speak to someone which prevents being able to carry out tasks in the office.
