Good service, they've helped us make significant savings

We've sourced our electricity from these people for a few years now and they've given us good service and helped us make good savings. We've now found a much cheaper telecoms/broadband supplier thanks to make It Cheaper, and once more we've had a good service with the transfer.

One problem with a service like this is the means of contact, especially if you are a small and busy company. You dont really want lots of cold calls and if someone is persistent, you need polite and informative conversation so you know immediately what is being sold. Sometimes its difficult to remember who your suppliers are and its easy to think of MakeItCheaper as "just another cold call". I must say they provided the right amount of persistence but politeness and eventually they managed to get their message over to me. I'd suggest though that a pre-emptive email to let me know someone will be calling to discuss XYZ, as well as concurrent emails to track the progress or acknowledge each stage, would be useful and would help me to expect when I'll be contacted.
