!!DO not do not do not use this company !!!!!!! i have today 5th aug 2011 tried to contact them no joy just on hold then cut off started to ring at 10am it is now 5.15 pm no answer i am going to email them and cancel the switch to them, bgas who i am with now are not the cheapest but at least they answer the phone i suppose cheapest is not always best .
