This has got to be one of the worst electricity providers I have had to deal with,
Utter regard for customer service
Been over charged for the past 6 month and in £150 in credit and still decide to over charge
Apparently they have to review your account put the price down, doesn't take a genius to work out the amount of electric used especially when they themselves have installed a smart meter.

If they phone up offering an cheap deal, RUN IN THE OPPOISTE DIRECTION, BLOCK THE NUMBER
