I Changed from cooperative energy after 3 very stressful years. Inaccurate bills always over estimated.It once took them a whole year to send my bill and this was after 60 phone calls all at my expence.So i finally changed suppliers in August 2015 having recieved another highly over estimated bill after numerous phone calls agian they finally agreed to reduce it by £20.00 but having never sent me a bill to confirm this no communication what so ever until i received notification from some debt recovery agency they employ (by the way this is now march 2016) to recover the outstanding amount.For the past 6 weeks i pleaded with them to send me a final bill so i can wwash my hands with them .Alas still no bill has arrived.And some food for though here my winter bill from my new supplier is cheaper than my estimated summer bill from coooerative energy.YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED
