Appalling customer service. I have tried for a year to get a correct final bill after repeatedly being issued one which is evidently wrong. The problem in theory is simple to sort. My case was accepted by the energy ombudsman and following their report the problem still continues. I have emailed again to co-op and have had no response in a week. Repeatedly I have had lengthily phone calls with advisors who assure they will sort out the issue and dont. They have failed to return calls as promised and present little acknowledgement or concern for the trouble they have caused and continue to cause me. I inherited account when I purchased my house and would never sign up with them again. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE i have EVER had - Steer well clear

Brilliant...after submitting this review I get an email from Co-operative energy asking me to contact them to resolve the complaint (my email address to them is anonymous message received via review centre).....Yet they still haven't so much as even acknowledged the two emails I have sent them in the last 10 days, which highlight my disgust at the handling of my account. TOTAL SHAMBLES. Members of my family are currently switching their energy supply and have dismissed this dreadful company based on my experiences, despite them offering the cheapest deal.
