1 hour and 3 minutes on the phone. 55 minutes before I could speak to a manager. Persistent refusal to put me through to a "manager". They offered a callback within 72 hours. 72 hours!!!!!

I totally agree with you. Susequent to their so called upgrading of their website last June I have experienced continuous problems accessing my online account and finally had to change my email address from gmail as their system apparently was unable to cope!! The next problem was that my Direct debits were not being processed and I had to effect payment by phone.
JOy of joys Iam now able to log in to my account but unfortunately still unable to download past bills without making a specific request.
