I've been with coop energy for 12 months with no problems. I then recieved an email advising me to change to a fixed plan available to 25th April. I called customer service waited ages to get through when I eventually got through the guy said they sent email by mistake... After a lot of discussion and obtaining meter readings he swapped me over. This was never done cs said no record of me ever calling and no I couldn't speak to a manager... So I came off the phone so angry I switched immediately to another provider.
