Where do I begin with this company?
I am an Economy 7, electricity-only customer. I would supply them with a monthly meter reading, and would log in the following day to find that their computer had twisted them around.
I complained to them numerous times over many months, but their customer services never solved the problem, and even cut off my call on more than one occasion.
'The computer' was always to blame. These people are CLUELESS!
In the end, I left the company, but nearly a YEAR later, a debt collection agency started contacting me to demand I pay money based on a series of incorrect bills.
AVOID THIS DODGY OUTFIT AT ALL COSTS! This is NOT a nice, fluffy, friendly alternative to the 'big six'. It's actually a terrible company with atrocious customer 'service'.
