I asked an important question today and got an excellent answer. Basically required to know if I buy a TV and 3D Blu-ray player I need subtitles to work in 3D mode. So the guy spent 25 minutes making sure that the players I was interested in DOES work and ensured me that it would be replaced if I brought and it didn't.
I felt guilty not buying on the spot, but thinking of going back. Their prices are only about £20/30 higher than online, but the customer service, face to face contact and the buy now and pay 6 months later helps without interest helps.
My bugbear - no finance payment options online. Have to go to the store to do it.
