after 4 years the icebox maker broke and we have been trying for over 2 months to get it replaced but the service from leibherr now Andico and their referral to Peninsula Service is terrible - they never answer their phone or ring you back or follow up anything and blame the manufacturer for why they cant help me. i run a company and look after 4 kids why should i have to chase them every 5 mins when i paid so much money for the built in fridge. these days service is bad all around and the economy is getting worse - why arent people trying to improve? No one cares anymore. They just take your money and run and if you want something your a painful customer.
I would never buy a leibherr product again!!!
