“Looks OK but doesn't last long”

This was my second of this type. The first lasted three years, which is not too bad, except most fridges will go for 20 years without a problem. My recent one has failed after 17 months. I have emailed To Your Home to complain about durability so may have something to add, if they reply. Difficult to send an email to them as there is a code to input, which always fails.
