The company Elecscoot sell cheap shoddy goods, they will take your money and you will not recieve the goods. The scooters themselves are cheap dangerous and shoddy, No aftersales service - however they are extremely quick to take your money. If you do deal with company pay by VISA through a machine as they will request you to pay by bank transfer, dont do it you will never see your money again, the bank wont be able to get it back and you will never hear from them again.
