Hotpoint CIC642C Induction Hob

“Poor product, terrible aftercare”

Written on: 29/09/2011 by Andy_Worthing (1 review written)

I purchased 6 Hotpoint units when refitting my kitched in July 2011. Both the Openspace oven and Induction hob became faulty within 2 months. They look great and would be easy to use, if they worked. The Hotpoint after care is apalling and despite 5 calls from various engineers the Induction hob still does not work at all. Hotpoint appear to be diliberately making resolving the issue as difficult as possible. Hotpoints after care is worse than their product.
