Fagor = no customer service! Buy at your peril

I purchased induction hob and it worked fine for 18 months then 2 plates stopped working.
Fagor response = out of warranty - sorry.

Fagor only interested in selling extended warranty.

If the products were any good then warranty not needed.

cooker should surely last longer as not cheap & repairs are expensive.

I had much better experience with NEF customer service.

ONLY BUY FROM BIG COMPANY. FAGOR WILL ALWAYS BE SMALL COMPANY.
