“Rubbish product”

Same as above, 400 to buy, lasted two years and de Dietrich service attitude is basically 'tough luck, £170 and we'll fix it' with a really hard sell to pay another £170.

Well, no thanks de deitrich, I'd rather buy someone else's product than give you another penny.
