Bought a gas hob from BnQ on Aug 19th , fitted by gas fitter immediately afterwards and small burner will not ignite. Have and engineer call twice , last time he said cannot fix. I am now at 7th Oct and fault still not remedied. Told faults department at Cata will have to authorise a replacement...how long will this take ???....my advice to all is do not buy a Cata gas hob cos if it goes wrong it will take forever , if ever , to fix.
