Absolute Useless, l hope nobody has the misfortune of buying any c--a product from B&Q ever again .B&Q should know better than to stock this product. If any company deserves to close down it is definately this one. My c--a hob gave up last Wednesday 20th of July 2011,not even two years old, B&Q said it was out of their hands and to contact the supplier. When i finally got through they told me i would be contacted within 24 hours it is now july 27th and still no sign of any service man and i doubt c--a will pay for my takeaway meals which i have had to feed my family. I dealt with Sara first and then Jen who told me Sara was only a part-timer and would not be back until tomorrow after 10am. Now iam told the Engineering company would be contacting me GOD KNOWS WHEN !!!!
This is not a back up service its a joke!!!
and going by some of your experiences i think i have no choice but to go and buy another hob before i go Grey on top.
One thing i can assure you it won`t be a C--A !!!
Iam still going to wait for the service man as he is going to fix it weather i have a new hob in place or not.
My biggest concern with C--a is if there that faulty, in time they could end up burning someones house down (with them in it).
