4 1/2 Stars if possible...There are a couple of Minor points that stop me giving it five stars.

If you're going to provide a link after a question to a source to read more about it, I dont want to be referred to wikipedia - I can do that myself. Most of the time the link is to wikipedia, emedicine, or GP consult, which is OK...but sources could be a lot better. NICE guidelines, or sign, or any article that someone has found useful previously...

The abnormalities on radiographs often have explanations, but an arrow pointing to the abnormality would be hugely beneficial!

I want an option to cancel out some specialties, without having to select every specialty that might come up...I have already completed Paeds and Obs Gynae, but when I create a test on Abdo pain, Paeds is all that comes up...I dont want to have to select, emergency, psych, medicine, cardiology, surgery, basic science, anatomy etc...gets annoying.

In general, a very good source for learning.

Agree about wiki reference. It should not be happened.
