What I found exceptional about the course was the presentation of each area of the course outline which made understanding the various topics covered easy to recall for the exam.

The Presenters explained the topic/s with simple to understand words in detail and also added some humor in parts, and what I liked in particular was the way they walked around the various locations of the kitchen when explaining something concerning the location.

The partnership of the presenters well matched as they fed of each (Excuse the pun) and so made the videos entertaining to watch and added to the overall learning experience positively.

I would recommend this course because it is very easy to understand and with a multiple choice exam at the end you can't fail.
