Hi I've just completed this fantastic course ,it's very straight foreword and with its easy to follow instructions makes you understand fully following procedures required by law ,I recommend this course to chefs and cooks alike who run busy kitchens, canteens and all kinds of catering establishments, a couple of questions really make you think with unlikely events that may or may not happen ,but over all it deals with common sense in a hazardous environment .
