The course was very informative,covering all required learning in a practical and understandable manner.
The pace of learning was just right,allowing the student time to absorb the information being given prior to learning taking place.I would recommend this course to everyone involved in food handling and hygiene as it encompasses all aspects of relevant legislation,practical application and new ideas.I look forward to sharing this learning with my team.
