I used this course as I found it convenient as I was able to do it at times it suited me. I did find a level 2 course for free with my local council but it meant I needed to go and spend a whole day which wasn't convenient for me. With Safer Foods I had the convenience as i did it at home. I would definitely recommend this and it's value for money too. The videos were a big help as it was done from a kitchen and not in some room and you were given lots of details and information
