I have just completed the health and safety course level 2 and it was brilliant it covered a lot of information and was easy to understand the knowledge from this course has made me feel more confident I liked that the information was broken down into sections instead of one continuous piece of information it also gave links to even more relevant information there wasn't anything I didn't like about the course I feel very well informed and would definitely recommend to family friends colleagues well anyone really I knew a bit about health and safety but now I know a lot more

I have just completed this course & would highly recommend it, the people in the video's make the topics interesting and you also have notes to refer to should you wish to go over a certain topic again. There are also useful links at the bottom of the notes. Really good value for money

i found the information on all individual sessions very informative. the use of video as will as text for each section, helped with me being able to visually understand the information. the video and text is easy to follow. having the quick test at the end of each unit is also good training for what information you have actually maintained.which if you are unsure you can easily go over the chapter again. there was not anything that i would critise, because even though watching through all the videos seems long it benefitted your learning overal.

Just completed Level 2 course as mine had been way overdue and things change...Found it extremely easy to understand and everything is explained fully. All new laws etc are covered. Wish all course/exams were this enjoyable.

Straightforward way of learning at home. Loved the video tutorials. Only 2 ways I could think to improve it - state in the introduction section that your computer will need an audio facility and check it is working (mine wasn't to start with) and don't assume that learners all require hours on each section to learn the contents. As a Biology graduate with H&S working experience I knew a lot of the content, so was able to complete quickly - the fast track test didn't add anything.

The narrative is detailed, the videos are very well presented and thorough. The course not only teaches what you need to know but, most importantly WHY you need to know it. Within the course you can go back and revise or check, work at your own pace and even re-take the test free if necessary. They claim most people pass in 24-48 hours. I have never yet worked in a professional kitchen - I scored 100% on my first attempt in under 24 hours of learning. Thanks guys! If I have one slight criticism it's that the subtitles at the bottom of the screen are sometimes hard to read - white against a light background - but they're not essential, just comments. And if I have any advice it's if in doubt, scroll back. And don't forget - READ THE QUESTION.

Our takeaway branches only use this web site now as its a lot cheaper than council courses also more easy allow your staff to do it there own time and comfort. Being able to mock test is excellent with option to watch videos for the ppls that don't want to read.

The course is detailed and extensive It is very simple and easy to follow and use. I like the fact that you can do in your own time It takes all the stress of time management out training. Clear text and images. It easy to navigate through the pages and follow the content and questions.

i found this course to be an excellently formatted learning tool especially due to it's viseo teaching guides and progression page. These allowed me to complete the programme at my own pace alongside my own working commitments without ther worry of having to go back to th ebeginning and start things over again. I would definately reccomend the training to friends and colleagues.
