Really enjoyed completing course, found easier to focus and take in information by completing from home rather than in a busy environment. Could review my gaps quickly rather than relying on someone else to have the time to explain things, by re-visiting video clip. The course is well written, and covers all areas necessary to ensure positive food hygiene is practised correctly. The price is also reasonable compared to the courses you have to attend. It is also beneficial for those who like to study at their leisure, though, the course must be completed within a month of paying for it. I am so pleased I now have my Food Hygiene Level 2 certificate in Catering. I started learning and following the course this morning as I am very eager to do Farmers Markets selling honey produced by my bees, fruit and vegetables grown by myself on my allotments . The whole site is easy to navigate and had as much information as you could possibly need on it. You could check answers if you made a mistake and the fast track was great, it proved a good reminder that you were not quick enough! Brilliant apart from one teeny little detail. It only took me 2 hours to get 100% on the Food Safety and hygiene course.Everything was explained thoroughly and it was made funny with the videos which made it easier to remember. The test was quick and it really prepares you for when you are catering if it is your first time as it was for me. It was also very cheap unlike some other online courses I looked at so I won't have to pay extreme amounts every three years when it needs renewing. (read more)

This is much better than any of the previous courses I have done, others have been between one and 3 days long. This only takes a couple of hours or you can do it in bite size pieces what ever suits you. No previous experience necessary, great fast track too for 3 year refresh. I found this course very easy to follow all the way through and even though most of it is common sense I still learnt new things. It brought understanding to some points I've heard but not known the why. This is an easy, cheap way to do the qualification. The course gives you detailed information, summarises it and then gives you test questions which tell you if your answers are correct straight away allowing you to work on the areas you get wrong. 30 questions exam where you have to get 25 correct to pass. once passed print off your certificate and your away for working with food. I had no problems with running through the course and the information provide was good.
