Because i get very nervous when answering questions ,i was dreading doing this course,especially as im entering back into work after spending years at home raising children and even helping out with grandchildren .i found the way this course brought out important information repetively,along with the video's especially the deliberate mistakes helped it to stay in my mind,the freindly attitude of the instuctors helped ease my nerves,i found it very good thankyou
