I never really use the internet but I tried out the Food Hygiene course on the internet to update my certificate and it was so helpful to me, I couldn't believe it! I normally struggle with all this new technical stuff but this course put it all in perspective for me, even though it is all to do with food hygiene. It was amazing to achieve 93% in the comfort of my own home without having to feel awkward amongst total strangers. I was surprised that the site went into so much detail that it was impossible for me not to pass! I felt so relaxed too, normally I tend to feel a bit stressed before sitting exams but not in this case. I felt so confident and prepared. It was certainly worthwhile to give the internet a try, I look forward to learning about Health and Safety.
