My supervisor signed me up for this course when I joined their mobile catering company and even though I had no food safety knowledge before, this course made it easily accessible to me and I felt really confident by the end of it. I would highly recommend this company and this course as the staff were really friendly on the phone and the exam and course content helped make me feel really confident in my own knowledge and what I had now learnt. Excellent course and will definitely recommend! X
