“Perfect for my business”

I completed this course before putting my 6 part time staff through the course and would highly reccommend it for small businesses. Quick and easy to follow, giving you a wealth of information that can only help improve your business and keep the EHO happy !
I liked the fact that you can learn at your own pace and time.

I completed this course because I cook for a 'soup kitchen', cooking anything except soup!

It was clear and easy to follow, giving background knowledge of the possibilities of cross contamination, so making sense of the rules.

I particularly liked the fact that I could work at my own spped and in my own time.
