Needed a food hygiene course for work and looked online as I didnt have time to attend a course face to face (plus they are expensive). This looked a biut too good to be true, but it was actually really good. Likes: it's video based so you watch two chefs getting things right and wrong, plus no Powerpoint. Dislikes, well nothing really. It's low cost without being low quality, and its accredited ie its a proper qualification unlike many of them. OK the video screen window could have been a bit bigger, but other than than it was spot on, even funny!
