This was an excellent course: It was comprehensive and well-paced; the hand-outs provide valuable industry information that goes beyond what's readily available online; and the opportunity for networking drinks and a homework assignment encourages you to start practicing what you've learnt.

My only reservation is that the course focuses largely on film, which suited me, but might frustrate those particularly interested in TV. That said, this probably reflects where the majority of script reading work in the industry is and you are provided with a sample TV script report and examples of popular TV genres in the UK.

All in all, a fascinating day. Thanks to our tutor, Jon.
