“Don't advertise here ”

We were contacted by a marketing representative at hotcourses outlining proposal and we told her we would like to pay to try it for a short period first before committing as it was a lot of money. She advised we could take a minumum of one year, there is a good reason why bad companies tie you into contracts, because they are not confident in their service quality to keep your business. One month or even 3 months would be reasonable. Well if you want to spend £600 a month on low quality rubbish, this is the best way to throw £7200 down the drain. I doubt we would even see a 10% return on that. They tell you that is is down to how well the organisation converts the leads. Well they should look into their own claims, because the leads generate have just a name and an email address, you can only email the same person so many times. Well due to them we wasted a year finding out what we could find out in 2 months. They told us they have no cooling off period which doesnt seem to agree with the distance selling act which stated that companies must do by law. Furthermore, even if they did have 7 days is insufficient to measure results.

To be honest your better off advertising with google, because i can they will give you more hit for less money and google invest their money in high quality results. Whereas hotcourses only spend their money on google advertising to help customers find you somewhere in a long list of competitors. Well go direct to google an do it yourself, you get a much better return.

This is so true - advertisers stay away, we were so disappoint we could never trust another course listing site again. We we tried to cancel - they refused and tried to sue us for the money. There is no return on your investment. I received an email from ciao reviews as they are trying to take our review offline. However, if they were providing a good service there would not be so many negative reviews.
