Do not bother with them. Their website tries to pressure you into giving information and fails to deliver a quote for what you selected. Walk away, ring a company that supplies and fits and leave these sales people to go and do something better than building an awful reputation and company via a website.

OMG. I've been getting about 5 calls daily. I block them, they just call from a different number. Dresses itself as a compare the market solution for solar panels. They're not. They provide no comparison - they just sell your data to a third party that then relentlessly tries to sell their service to you. Avoid. Seriously. Don't bother. Just avoid.

Search "eco experts" and a page full of great reviews comes up. However that is THEIR page!. The site states "compare price" This is just a marketing ploy to be inundated with calls. Avoid avoid avoid. They need investigating by marketing standard association for false advertising. In short. Avoid them.

Terrible. Do not use unless you are prepared to receive dozens of calls from companies that you have never heard of, calling you at all hours up to 5 times a day. Some of these callers were not even the double window glazing companies themselves, but other agencies asking you for your details so they could select the appropriate companies for you. It's less hassle to select a few companies yourself. Will never use this service again.

Having given you my post code it would appear that you chose to ignore it, I have no wish to be contacted by companies well outside my area, fortunately I can block these calls if I don’t recognise them, please take my information from your data base,

We already have Solar Panels fitted on our roof, I ticked Yes when prompted to that fact, yet after giving all my details, which was mandatory, I discovered that I would be pestered by companies selling Solar Panels! I went to the eco experts site in the first place for assessments and prices to compare with the deal we have. Now, of course, I will be getting calls that I do not want. I will just put the phone down. Ticking the Yes box, that we already have Solar Panels, meant nothing. I wish I had read all the reviews here. Misleading 'catch-all' website.

Wish I had read the reviews first. Like a previous reviewer I asked for wood frame - not a whim that a salesman could talk me out of (I wish, it would be cheaper) but a necessity as I live in a Conservation Area. They put me in touch with Safestyle who don't supply wood frame double glazing.

I wanted a quote for replacement windows from a "local" company and was given the name of two companies in Bradford. Which is no where near Suffolk where I live. OK, they may have someone who installs in my area but they are not a local company, which is what I was looking for. I was also plagued with phone calls from various 'unknown' numbers. Despite being informed in their welcome email that they will not pass my details on to anyone else apart from the suggested companies. Which is great, as long as the suggested companies don't pass on your details. Which they have no control over. I won't be using this website again.

was looking for a supplier of timber double glazed windows, filled in all the details, eg 3 timber double glazed windows, clicked get quote and what a super fast response, only gave me one supplier Safestyle who don't supply wooden frames, total waste of my time....

These people only gave my contact details to one company, a national company based hundreds of miles away, and did not suggest any local companies at all. The one company they suggested has loads of on-line customer complaints and horror stories. Get personal recommendations from your neighbours. Register with Nextdoor.com.

Very efficient and fast system, immediate automated call back, followed by a confirmation email. Fast Call Back from call Centre. Operative seemed aware only of an enquiry regarding a Conservatory Roof. When informed Enquiry was for Conservatory which was in the process of being built and also for 4 Flats - He wasn't interested. Was looking for Quotation for both Solar PV and alternative Solar Tiles for the Flats. He immediately tried to dismiss the request stating that it was not possible due to ownership difficulties. He asked who owned the Flats and I stated that I did (which isn't strictly the case as the Deeds are in the process of being amended and one will be gifted to a relative on completion). However when he learned that the properties were in a Conservation Area and that the Flats were Listed, he stated that they could not (Read Would not) Quote until Full Planning Permission was given (The Local Council have viewed and had a contractor attend and are willing to fund part of the cost of re-roofing and a verbal agreement has been made as to what is required and acceptable in respect of Renovation). The Property where the Conservatory is being constructed is nearby and also within the same Conservation area, although not listed subject to similar restrictions. Some years ago when a decision was made to Install Solar PV on the roof of this Property (2 storey). A phone call was made arranging to buy and supply scaffolding from a Company located some 200 miles away, followed by another phone call to confirm the sale and installation of Solar PV to said Property. Scaffolding, was delivered and erected next morning, followed by the Delivery and Installation of Solar PV Panels and electrics, and the system was up and running by that evening. Seemed like an ideal opportunity to have someone attend and quote whilst Renovation Work was ongoing and while access could be easily gained. Guess who won’t be getting my business.

Stl heating recommended on your website fitted a new boiler for me. Terrible job and aftercare, had to get British gas to put right as they were not interested once they'd cashed the cheque. You should not be recommending this shoddy outfit.

Thought it would be useful start to get idea of cost for replacement windows and good companies in our area. Within minutes of submission of details I was bombarded with phone calls from four different numbers all trying to sell me stuff and wanting to get me on their books. Blocked the numbers and pulled the phone out, otherwise fear I would not have a peaceful evening to enjoy! My advice- Avoid these people I repeat AVOID !!!!!

I found these via a search engine. They give they impression they will reccomend something useful...theyt don't they just pass your details onto a third patry. I imagine they will also sell my contact detais onto toher third parties. Avoid.

Really regret this can't stop calls

Site provided useful information but having filled in the form the only recommendation I received was for Safestyle; a company I have no desire to purchase replacement windows from. Wish I'd read the reviews here before submitting my form.
