I sent one bag of clothing just over one week and I'm still waiting for my email confirmation. Tried calling on several occassions but im told by the automated voicemail that the office is closed despite me ringing within opening hours. Tried emailing. Twice. No reply. I appreciate 9 days isn't really any length of time but as Genie promote a 24 hour processing turnaround and to contact them after 5 days if no email is received, this is slightly worrying. Not a happy customer.
