Some months ago i was searching for ways i could create online forms and send out questionnaires for a friends thesis work, and for myself as well, the features i was looking for i wasn't able to find even in google forms, but then i came across Jot Form and truly it made my work easier, amazing it can also receive payments and it's functionalities are vast. there are two many areas if not all ears one can use Jotforms and get just what is desired. Submissions are forwarded to desired emails and user receive auto-responder mails, can you imagine? I am happy with Jotform and will be using it for a long time. Of recent i used it to collect over a thousand registrations for a conference, this even some website hosting sites couldn't do for me. I like Jot form, and we will do business together.

Since I saw for first time jotform in a website I was enchanted but next, when I used it for first time more enchanted because is a complete system of forms which any kind of people can use, is easy but you can do it more difficult, depends which you want to do. I haven't a paid account, I have a free account which I use to do my usual work but of course, sometimes I need more sendings which free account offers. In the past I saw some Paid accounts and them are very complete to do all which you imagine without limitation. Of course, that is a good complement for your website.

I find Jot Form easy to use. One of the best features of Jot Form is that the submissions can be sent as emails to to my Gmail and as files to a Dropbox folder. I also like the fact that participants can upload documents when they fill in forms through Jot Forms. The number of free submissions is a little too low for me as we have many events each month. I would recommend this product to others who want to spend less time on administrative tasks.

I've used several different form building tools throughout my career, but have been very pleased with JotForm. It's pretty user friendly (though most of the "cool" things take some time learning, worth it!). Used for a scholarship dinner and it was easy to provide access to the faculty in charge. Set-up was a breeze. Plenty of ways to get the information into their hands and review the reporting. The platform is a little confusing while building, but that's really been my only drawback. I haven't used a paid plan before, but it's something worth considering now. Definitely would recommend for non-profits or those on a small budget. Great overall!

We as a school had to create a pdf version of our registration form for students. The problem was submission. However after making use of JotForm to create a form, the headache on both the school and students have been resolved. students simply fill out the forms in 3 mins and the are done. We have been using JotForm for a few years now. Originally we used it to help us create and manage our internal business workload. Now we use it to build complex forms with workflows, approvals, calculations, tracking and reporting. It is a flexible tool with endless possibilities! The JotForm community is amazing creating great add-ons, APIs and enhancements that they are willing to share. It is drag and drop easy! An unbelievable product for the price.

I started using another form builder in 2009. It was ok. But, it wasn't long before I needed something more flexible...something more robust...something better. Then I found Jotform! Jotform allows me the flexibility and support that I need for my business. The other form builder was limited...For example, with the other form builder, I was able to build forms that allowed for the upload of files. But, there was a maximum file upload size of just 10 meg per file and 20 meg per upload session. With Jotform my users can upload up to 2 gig per session! Multiple plug-in's are available. And, best of all, there is NO FORCED BRANDING by Jotform and even the FREE EDITION gives me complete access to 100% their features! I love Jotform! And, I'd recommend it to everyone who needs fast, flexible, robust form builder that doesn't impose crippleware or forced branding.

Five years ago I was looking for a simple EMail form to serve as a contact us page submission, jotform served well. Gradually I learnt the features inside and what more could be possible. As our business grew, we started using Jotform for our internal important event emails that required standard email format with precise information to different departments like when a server went down or to seek attention of all Admin members by way of simple email etc. Then we also started using Jotform to get job applications from prospective candidates and automated the filter process at level-1.
