When you are a bit 'technologically-challenged' as I am, the prospect of setting up an online shop is riddled with insecurity! However, I achieved it with minimum stress thanks both to the straightforward and non-jargonny instruction manuals and videos AND more importantly, the extraordinarily helpful and patient customer services staff at ekm. I now launch into making changes to my bookshop with confidence, happy in the knowledge that there is always someone to get me out of trouble in super-quick time. Great service, thanks to all.
