I have been with EKM a year now and joined because of a cold sales call from them at the right time! After being quoted £3k for a website from another company, I thought they were a totally affordable solution. I have always found their customer support service really good although it is not open 24/7 which would be an improvement. They are easy to use and after 6 months I invested in a professional design, makeover from them so that I could stand out from the crowd and this was extremely good, over and above my expectations and the support from the designer was excellent. On the downside I do agree with another reviewer here that they should be more up with it SEO wise and social media, but you can guess I'm not up to speed on this. I do expect they will put this right as they do seem to be willing to move forward.
