Plenty of support from the team and easy to follow instructions on the site.
You don't need to know any website design or HTML jargon.
We have been a customer since 2007.
Shopping cart very easy to set up and easy to change products etc as and when you need to.
Support service is excellent, they always respond within 24 hrs. Very professional sales team.
On the down side. We paid for the SEO package which didn't make any difference to sales or google ranking. I wouldn't invest in this side again.
On the whole, we will remain loyal customers to EKM due to their efficiency and professionalism.
