No Good When You Need Them

Do not be swayed by the reviews of those who felt registration was easy and great. I found the registration process was easy also, but that is not why you spend your money. You pay for coverage when you need it and this company will not be there for you. I purchased in-home service for 4 major appliances which I have now had for 17 months. This company was linked to my Appliances Connection purchase and I should have purchased a completely independent warranty for these appliances. I now need a credit card to file a claim just in case my issue isn't covered by my so called comprehensive 100% warranty. Do yourself a favor, find another company after all you don't purchase a warranty for ease of registration your purchase a warranty for product service/repair when you need it.
