    Stress cracks appeared on the windows within a year. Queried this and was told that they could not be repaired, I suggested this was a pricey UK product OH NO IT ISN'T, IT IS IMPORTED. Only the toasters are UK made and therefore we are being conned into buying something no better than any other but ...

    The Dualit 72022 Cordless Jug is an attractive design and good brand name; unfortunately let down by lack of support and spare parts.

    There does not appear to be any official (or unofficial) means of obtaining spare parts and even a minor fault means the entire kettle and base has to be replaced. ...

    Had this dualit 72022 cordless jug kettle for a couple of years. Very bad buy, looks good but has started to leak from te window and I am replacing it already. Do not buy.

    After getting over spending £130 on a toaster, I purchased my Dualit 2+1 Combi Toaster. I could not wait to get some bread in it to make some toast. 1 minute and 45 seconds it took to produce golden toast, twice as fast as my other - cheaper toasters. Very impressed. Because it toasts so much ...
