MISLEADING SITE - DO NOT USE!!!!

Hi,

On the website it clearly states you can use our check and send service to assist with your application or apply without this, you have to agree to the check and send service fee before actually going ahead with the application. This is made abundantly clear upon it. It also states clearly upon our website upon every page that we are not the DVLA and are no way affiliated with them or the UK Government.

Upon your correspondence to us you stated ' I assumed that I would not have been charged the £29.99 each payable when I applied online.', if you did not agree with our service charge or did not want to use our service, then why did you read and agree to our check and send service fee as shown below before making the application and then input payment details at the end?

"This check and send service is to help with the submission of the licence type selected to the DVLA. Following is the fee payable for our check and send service only. There are no further fees payable to the DVLA upon receiving your application or if you apply without this service. Further details can be found on the FAQ and Home page.

APPLICATION FEE

Your Chosen Application: Renew At Age 70+
Application Fee Paid Online: £29.99

I agree to the above fees"


Should you have submitted the application early to the DVLA, you can simply reuse the application when it comes to the time to renew or if you e-mail us we will send out a new application pack.
