[name removed], it was a bunch of kids aged about 12 who were riding tghuorh, they saw the bollard and slowed down for it, but they didn't realise that only one bike can fit tghuorh it at a time. Two could do it but it would be VERY close. I think it needs a sign and I sent an email to a FT committee member about it as soon as I got home. It has been brought to the attention of the authorities. I don't feel that I can erect a sign myself but maybe that is the best idea as it still has not been done by them!
