Total let down

I had high hopes of drive johnsons was very excited to start a intensive course with them (I previously used another company who I will go back to) after all the promises on their website and all the reviews I thought this company would be the best ever!
How I was wrong, I had a assessment lesson first which went from bad to worse to down right terrible for a starters I was extremely nervous and anxious of which I expressed numerous times, the assessment lesson was just horrendous for these main factors-
1. My 'instructor' in Milton Keynes did not know my area or anywhere to go, it was a joke even tho as stated on their website my instructor would be specialised in my chosen area, he certainly was not and I had to guide us to the city centre (whilst it was very dark outside and really should I be deciding where to go????) as he knew his way from there!!!! -what a total joke,
2. My instructor regularly told me to turn left when in fact he meant right,
3. I was made to drive to a VERY busy Car park within half hr of starting my lesson and told to reverse park into a bay inbetween two cars with no instruction of how to!
4, I was constantly told to change gear from 3rd to 5th gear!! Yes really....
I was took down stupidly hard roads in the dark roads that I had never been down before even tho I was so anxious I just wanted to stop the car and get out,
5, on the way home my instructor would not tell me where we were when I asked (I'm guessing because he didn't know) when I realised where we were he asked if I knew my way home, when I said Im not sure he actually got his sat nav out! Seriously.
These are just a few probs I found just to many to name them all.

So after all this I go home in tears never want to drive again phone up and the actual owner will not talk to me about it but gets his admin person to call next day and she offers a discounted 2nd assesment for £34 instead of £48 (please bear in mind the assesment lesson is £34 anyway -which is what I paid, so the discount is false) they refuse to refund despite their site promising to refund if did not like first lesson.
I will never consider using this company again.
