I booked sadly with an instructor she is not honest and going errand during my lesson I booked 2 h lessons with and agreed to be 1 h but when I cancelled my booking in short notice she charged me for 2 h , she even sent a message which reveal her professionalism ? Made a complaint but AA not really help ! This instructor is surely the one who should be avoided in AA , even booked with AA feel no support and no rights from them , they don't but her about you they just want your money. After more than 30 lessons with her felt waited money and time she even closed my account without giving me my learning file.

I did driving lessons with instructor, he was was amazing, calm, honest and really nice guy. I did pass my driving test on my first attempt.
