Too laid back instructor, only booked lessons when it was convenient for him, ignored me when i asked for more lessons, I did contact the help centre but didn't do anything,from my experience, how can i have confidence in AA providing me with an instructor that is reliable, i will not be wasting anymore time, unless i was guaranteed a good instructor. surely the company should do more when their instructors are not doing anything or actually know when they're ill for a long period of time, to make rearrangements, i even got told off from my instructor for calling the customer services to ask when i would be having a lesson, so disappointed!! as i don't have time for lessons anymore, of only i went with another company, i have lost my confidence in trying to pass driving now :(
