“Disappointing and expensive”

I learned to drive with two different instructors from The AA (I moved area) and have had more lessons than I can count. In the lessons, I always got the feeling that the instructors were trying to get as many lessons (and of course money!) out of me as possible. I felt like a lot of time was wasted and I failed multiple driving tests. The whole experience put me off driving for a long time. I am now going to start driving lessons with a smaller local company. I'm sure there are some good instructors in the AA, but personally, I have not had a good experience.
