Helpful & trustworthy

I phoned up ,fairly annoyed on the day I failed my driving test (due to a major fault ,impacted by other road users!) and I wanted to know more about how the process worked.I had looked around at other sites but I decided to take a chance on this one ,and I'm glad I did because only 2 days after filling in the form online I received a text of a short notice cancellation which was great news!

However,I was at work when I got the text and did not read the text until 1 1/2 hours later.When I replied I explained how I was unable to read the text + reply within the 30 minute time frame and less than 3 minutes of sending the text I answered an incoming call from a very kind and helpful lady explaining how I didn't need to worry because they had booked the slot for me anyway and they asked me if I had checked with my instructor -which I hadn't at the time.They were very considerate and said they would wait until the end of the evening for my confirmation ,which gave me time to check if my instructor was available.

Considering the great service given , it is worth the £30.They do stick to their words 'They will get you a test before the date you want or you will receive a full refund'.
