“Would never use again”

I believe I had the instructor Sam although the website does not distinguish each name to the picture, and he never tried to introduce himself. Although the charts showed other clients with amazing results by the sixth lesson, I felt as though I made very little progress as every time I was required to do a task I panicked. Being a normally very cool-headed girl,I believe my discomfort comes from the instructors own panic when I was in control of the vehicle, he would often ask loudly 'what are you doing?' and on one occasion swore, saying (effing) hell' when I made an error. I did not feel comfortable at all using this instructor, although he is the cheapest I have found in the area, I am definitely not impressed.
